Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being the key liaison between Finance and business stakeholders with cost and month end management, including budgeting and forecasting.
You will be involved in influencing business financial performance through gathering data and information to produce meaningful financial analysis, models, reports and management presentations.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Month end close of associated business areas
Budgeting and forecasting cycles for the relevant business areas
Providing high quality, complete and detailed analysis of results, including understanding and explaining key drivers of results
Responsible for budget and forecasts of Group revenue streams; and monthly variance analysis to actuals
Supporting stakeholders with ad hoc requests on financial matters and data (results, budgets, forecasts, etc.) as well as analysis support to the Finance Business Partner team to enable in depth analysis
Responsible for monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly presentations to stakeholders relating to budget and actuals submissions
Identifying opportunities for improving data, systems and processes/procedures
Taking responsibility for monthly Senior Management meetings
Assisting with the finance business partnering to functional business Heads / Executives to support and guide them via ad hoc financial modeling on pricing, costing and benefit quantification and month end / year end closure and processes
Financial modeling on product/portfolio profitability
Automating existing team reports and processes
Providing support with ad hoc value add requests and activities across Finance/business
REQUIREMENTS:
CIMA qualification
3 – 5 years relevant experience, preferably in consumer finance or wider financial services industry
Excellent communication, presentation and business partnering skills
Strong Excel and reporting skills
