Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Credit Risk Assessment for new customer accounts: Conducting due diligence on new clients by extracting a credit bureau report from Transunion
Strategic Collections: Executing a tiered approach to secure payments, contacting clients telephonically. sending emails and going to visit customers to secure payment while preserving the commercial relationship
Dispute Resolution: Collaborating with sales team, Spares department and Service department to resolve invoice discrepancies that may be delaying payment and getting involved in resolving credit notes
Clearing of accounts: Checking customer accounts to ensure that accurate allocations have been done
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years Credit Control experience
Credit Management I,II and III would be an advantage
